November regarding the provision of anti-piracy guards

Chinese waters, I am directed by Secretary Bir Austen Chaberlain to inform you that while the permanent provision of such guards is impruotis ski there is no intention to withdrew them in the near future Roasɔmable notice of their impending withdrawal will be given when the time comes in order to enable shipowners to take their om sessures.
